Because all of our items are made to order through Printify’s print-on-demand service, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or arrives damaged.

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
✅ The product arrives damaged or defective.
✅ The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect design, wrong size, or wrong product).

 

Steps to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of:
    • The defective or incorrect product
    • The packaging it arrived in
  2. Email us at support@freedomforgefashion.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The photos of the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  3. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

💡 Important: Printify requires clear photographic evidence to process claims, so please include detailed images.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
❌ Incorrect size ordered (please check the sizing chart carefully before purchase)
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
❌ Slight color variations (screen displays may differ slightly from printed results)

If you are unsure about sizing, color, or fit, feel free to contact us before ordering, and we’ll be happy to help!

 

Cancellations

We cannot cancel an order once it has been sent to production, which typically happens within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check your order before completing your checkout.

 

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If you believe your package is lost, please:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further information.
  3. If the package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office.
